iMac OS to Mojave or Catalina

My iMac is a Late 2013 with the High Sierra OS. Want to upgrade to either Mojave or Catalina but currently neither are available in the App Store. Any suggestions? Apple Support refers Big Sur OS, but my iMac is too old.
