iCloud - Photos

uploading my photos to iCloud is stuck on 1%.

tried following restart phone and turning on and off with iCloud photos disabled.

there is plenty of storage available.

Help?

Try leaving the device plugged in to power and connected to WiFi, and locked.

My photos are stuck on 1% on iCloud Hello, My iPhone has 64GB of storage and is 63.4GB full. I have 47.65 GB of photos and videos. I have 200 GB of iCloud storage. But it's stuck at 1%. I've tried restarting the iPhone, logging out of iCloud and back in, turning the iCloud photos upload off and on. It doesn't work. Thank you.

Thanks I’m not sure if it was that or the fact that I’ve just put the most recent update though, or a combination of the two perhaps, but it’s working nicely now
