My 2019 16" Macbook will not start up...
No Apple stores are open for tech support.
I bought the Macbook Pro June 2020.
I spent today at Best Buy where I bought it with Geek Squad.
The Geek Squad could not start it up... either.
Why would a new Macbook Pro not start?
Apple help can't figure it out either.
Just to let everyone know, I found out that the Geek Squad cannot fix Macs because Apple will not supply parts to the Best Buy Geek squad. The geek squad just ships them somewhere and it takes over a month to get back. The Geek Squad can only fix phones. All Apple stores are closed because of Covid. So I have a piece of lead that cost $3000 with no way of getting it fixed. The Mac is guaranteed for a year. Best buy gave it back to me and said good luck. WTF.

How do I fix the Macbook? The Geek squad cannot fix it.
