Screen Time Passcode

I forgot my screen time passcode and i am unable to reset it through my phone, I heard that you can reset it through Itunes on a laptop? But I need a walkthrough, how do I reset my screen time passcode through Itunes?

I have forgotten my screen time passcode. What do I do to recover my screen time password? I tried to resent my phone setting, but it needs a screen time password to do that. I also do not have a laptop or an apple store nearby.
