Reactivating inactive apps in the health app

I have an app that used to be connected to the health app and would have data transferred over. For some reason the app is no longer connected and data doesn’t transfer over. When I try to remedy this in settings>privacy>health app, and I click on the app it just pops up blank. How can I fix this so that they are connected again?

Hi j_pear_,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with a third-party app that no longer sends data to the Health app.

Checking Privacy Settings was a good step. Since that didn't resolve the issue, follow these steps: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open.

If it still isn't working, you may need to follow step 5 and contact the developer.

Have a fantastic day!
