How to off Two Factor Verification ?

I need to off Two Factor Verification when signing in to the iCloud or Apple ID. I have only an iPhone. if it's lost I cant login to the iCloud to find my iPhone.

Once enabled on your account, it cannot be disabled. If you cannot login to your account, you will probably need account recovery - Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.


"If I can't sign in, how do I regain access to my account?

If you can’t sign in, access a trusted device, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account."
