Free Apple TV offer

We got an offer from Apple for free Apple TV for a year for buying a Mac Book. Signed up from their email. Worked for a few days. Now it only says do 7 day trial and then pay monthly. Anyone have this issue? Know a fix?

Verify that the subscription is still active:

Manage your subscriptions - Apple Support

Verify that you are still signed in to the Apple TV app with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.
