I purchased a MacBook Air, and was given a free 1-year trial offer for Apple TV+. When I attempt to redeem the offer the site only offers a 1 week trial not 1 year. What should I do?

For Macs, users should sign in to the TV app (menu Account) in order to see the redeem button for the year offer, when you are eligible.
