I need to update it to IOS 11.0

So I have to update it to use my new Apple Watch but for the iPhone 5c it is at 10.3.3 but I need it to be iOS 11.0 but it says that it is up to date so what should I do

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

The iPhone 5C is too old to run iOS 11. You will need a newer phone (6 or later)
