I received an email from Keeper saying that my subscription would renew on Jan. 20th for $29.99. I do not have a supscriptiton and want to make sure I am not charged. What do I need to do?

If your subscription was made through Apple, you can cancel through Apple. Leave plenty of time before the renewal date:

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


If you subscribed directly with another company, deal with them directly.


If you do not have a subscription at all, consider that the email may have been fraudulent:
