I am getting a message from Apple that my subscription rolls over to a full-price cost

I subscribed to the New York Times a month ago using my Apple Account. It was supposed to be $3.99/month for 12 months, a new subscriber offer. I am now getting a message from Apple that my subscription rolls over to a full-price cost, $24.99, on September 30. Can you please correct my record to reflect what actually happened?
