Disable account in App Store and iTunes

Hello, could you please detail me what is the problem why my account is disabled to download from App Store? Yesterday I got a message from Apple that charge me 30$ from App Store but I didn’t know about that ? I already check in history purchases and see nothing special it. Could you show me how to find solutions to access my account for using App Store please

Hello,

that's depend on Apple's system/policy so we don't know correctly. According to If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you should contact Apple Support for help.
