hello,

when I want to download an app from AppStore, I get a massage that says that my account has been disabled in the app store and itunes.

how can I fix this?

I have to say that recently, I canceled a purchase that i didnt do.

does that have to do eith the problem that I have?

It might, but it is hard to say. Regardless, see:


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856 "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. ... When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information."
