If buy Apple Watch 6 gps only add cellular later?

or have to buy Apple wAtch

in advance with cellular ?

You have to buy the apple watch cellular version,cellular cannot be added to the GPS only version.

You can buy the cellular version and activate the cellular plan at your leisure.
