I keep receiving this type of message on my Apple Watch 3 even though I've deleted every app that I'm allowed to delete to free up space. The message I receive states that at least 2.6 GB of storage is required to install the update. What should I do next?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this deletes temporary and corrupted files
and also clears the system cache freeing up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.
