I cannot update my Apple Watch I’ve been trying for months to update my Apple Watch but it always says I do not have enough storage. I don’t have any apps on my watch besides what is already loaded on from the manufacturer. I don’t have any pictures or music, my watch is basically empty but still will not allow the update. Please help!

You need to delete any Apps you may not be using and any associated data form the watch.

We can't tell you specifically what to delete as we have no idea what apps are installed on your watch. You need to decide that for yourself.
