Hi! I’ve encountered this problem a couple of times but nothing has worked for me. My mom has already sent me an invitation 2 times the other month and 2 times last night and my problem is when I tap on the ‘Join family’ button nothing happens, it just loads and nothing happens. I tap it again and the loading circle just kept on appearing and nothing happens. Please help.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
Sadly nothing worked for me.
