Big Sur Apple Mail Trash Mailbox not showing Multiple Accounts

I just upgraded to Big Sur. Using Apple Mail. I have 5 email accounts - but only one of them seems to be showing in the trash when I remove a message. Instead of 'all accounts' showing deleted items - just one account is showing deleted items. If I delete anything - it's going into oblivion...

The trash icon is there - but only attached to one account - or so it would seem (as opposed to the inbox "all boxes" idea... ugh... why?

For cripes sakes... I finally ==> FINALLY <== figured it out...

Top Left > Hover over the word "Favorites" and reveal the (+) sign - click that > Mailbox to Add > select ALL TRASH...
