I found some old floppies from my NeXT machine, which is buried in a box somewhere in my storage unit. There is something on one of them I would like to read, but my USB floppy drive won't read it. It will read even older DOS-formatted disks, but not my NeXT floppies. Is there any hope, short of digging out my NeXT cube?

I very much doubt you will be able to read those NeXT floppies from macOS, without booting up your NeXT machine, provided it still works, and reading them on it.
