iTunes/iPhone

Hi, I am trying to connect my phone to iTunes, however, nothing is popping up.

MacBook, macOS 10.15

If you have MacOS Catalina:

iTunes no longer exists. There is a Music app in Catalina, but not iTunes.
Your iOS device now relies on Finder. Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
