IOS 14 update flaws
Latest IOS update has slowed my iPhone Xs Max. Texting is delayed, keystrokes freezes, websites freeze. Restarting phone does not work. Are you forcing people to upgrade their phones?

This is a user-to-user forum. No one here can force you to do anything. As you either had to turn on automatic updates yourself or initiate the update yourself, Apple didn't force you either.
Back up your phone, restore it your computer. This will install a fresh copy of iOS.
