IOS 14 has been hung with very little time left on the update progress bar. Leave it? Restart it? Get a new Phone?
You can try Apple support to ask the question. I’d just reboot the device and it should start over. You may have to connect to a computer and iTunes to get it running. If that doesn’t work then it might be time to go to the Apple store if any still exist.
