I request for a new iphone to be mailed to me .I want to know when will it be mailed.? And do I have to take the old one to ups before I can get my new phone ?

It will be mailed to you to the shipping address / billing address you provided when you went through the purchase process. Did you not pay attention to what shipping adddress you were setting for it to be sent to?
If you used the Trade-In option online, you will get a shipping box to send in the old one, with instructions to follow to send it in. Normally this happens after you receive the new one.
