Blood Oxygen app says to open apple watch, then it does nothing. When you open the watch it is not in the list, but is in the dock. Very frustrating.

Setting up new watch 6 and can not get the blood oxygen to work. I have unpaired and repaired. The app is listed on the dock but not on the list in the watch app on the phone itself. When you click on the blood oxygen app it tells you to open the watch app on your phone, then it does nothing.
