How to restore text messages?
Hey neither I do have access to a computer or wanna reset my device if I could possibly just give u my number may you restore some stored text messages

You can try with your carrier. If they save texts on their server, they might be able to assist you.
OR
If you had taken a backup on iCloud and had turned ON iCloud Messages, and if your text messages had been backed up to iCloud, then maybe you could restore the backup and retrieve your text messages.
