Hi I’m trying to recover text messages. Is it possible?

If you deleted them while running iOS 16 -> Delete and recover messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If it was prior to that, IF you have not turned on iCloud Messages and IF they are in your latest backup you can restore your iPhone from that backup. Any data added since the date/time of that backup will be lost.

Recover the Contents:

Log into your Carrier's site, and then visit your account. See if you can see a history there. I can see a list of threads going 90 days back.

Curious, who is your cell service provider that keeps the verbiage on text messages and has them available to the user? Is this a common thing where you are? In the US it is not.
