why is my phone stuck on the apple logo?

My phone has been acting weird,so I would turn it off and it would help.But, then I turned it off and it wouldn't turn back on. It's completely stuck on the apple logo and has been like this for days. I tried restarting it, but it still stays the same with the logo.
