Last I attempted to shut down my phone, but when I went to turn it back on my phone was stuck on the apple logo and was not turning on. I look up different ways to reset or fix my phone but nothing is working. What should I do?

Try all of the steps in this support article. I assume that you tried the forced restart, but it doesn’t hurt to try it a few times if you didn’t have success the first couple of times.
