Can I update an iMac 21.5 inch Mid 2010 from OS X 10.9.5 to higher?

I'd like to use some online meeting software but my software (OS X 10.9.5) is too old. To what, if any, software can I update?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download High Sierra.
