Distance walked on Apple watch

I feel that the watch shows incorrect speed when I walk. On my old fitbit I walked 1 km in 9 minutes and Apple Watch shows 14 to 15 minutes for the same. How can I fix this?

Distance reading on Apple Watch series 7 versus treadmill reading I have recently bought an Apple series 7 watch and found that whilst running on my treadmill it is measuring in excess of my treadmill reading (6km coming out as 8km). This never occurred on my Fitbit where I had to input Stride length but my Apple only wanted my height and weight. I have tried calibrating by the outside walk etc but it is still not matching up to the treadmill reading. Is there a way to enter Stride length into my Apple to see if this fixes the issue?

Apple Watch not tracking distance accurately My Apple Watch has started not tracking distances accurately. I first noticed it doing parkrun every week which is approx 5k but but my Apple Watch tracks significantly less than this. I have started checking on walks now too and it is always less than when I measure the walk another way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
