FCPX 10.4.9 - No Chapter Marker Export

In the Export Panes the tick box to include Chapter Markers is gone ... and the export ( Master ) does not include them in the final QT File.

Anyone else?

Am I missing something... besides the changer markers ;-)

Chapter Marker Icon in Final Cut Pro 10.4.8 is not active and not be clicked I'm trying to create a DVD from a long video. I'd like to add ordinary chapter markers. I have a new download of FCPX 10.4.8 running on Catalina (10.15.4). I can create the markers just fine but when I click on them to edit them, I can not click on the "chapter icon" at the top of the window. It is inactive and can not be clicked. I can create the other 2 types of markers (blue and red). I'd appreciate any advice on why this is happening. Thanks so much.

Can't delete blank frame in timeline I had a chapter marker that dissappeared from the timeline. It was still in the index and I could navigate to it by clicking it in the Index. I tried to open it from the index to delete it in the timeline.. it would not open. I could not delete it in the index either. When I navigate to the place where the chapter marker is missing there was a single frame clip. I deleted it. Now there is a blank frame with no clip. It does not close when I try to drag the neighboring clips. It does not delete because it's blank, nothing to select When I play past this blank frame the clip after it runs audio with nothing in the viewer. I've restarted the app. no luck. Any ideas?

If anyone else is affected the issue can be worked around by using the "Send To Compressor" in FCP. The Chapter Markers will come across. They are only visible when you drop a Preset onto the Batch section.
