Checkbox for "include chapter markers" is missing from Export pane in 10.4.9.
How do we export chapter markers now?
It appears to be a bug. I tried and the exported movie does NOT have chapters.
There is a workaround if you have Compressor: use File->Send to Compressor and export from there.
In my testing, chapter markers DO carry over to Compressor and are exported correctly from it.
Please all send feedback so hopefully this is fixed soon. I use chapters a lot. I did zip and archive v10.4.8 before updating to 10.4.9 but I have not yet verified it works.

I wrote a bunch of testing notes here, but the form submission failed and they were lost.
What I got to work:
Chapters Markers appear when you burn a DVD
Did two last week and they appear and work ok using 10.4.9.
But, after exporting using Computer>H.264 no Chapter Markers appear in that file when using QuickTime X. ??
Something is buggy.

Although unlike in v10.4.8 (left), the v10.4.10 share dialog still has no "Include chapter markers" checkbox (right), the chapters are exported. I wonder if this is intentional hide-and-seek GUI?
Thanks very much for the feedback, Al. That narrows it down. Via Send to Compressor to ProRes also works. I'm testing now whether they will then export to HEVC or Mp4. Will post result above.
The codec shouldn’t make any difference to the chapter markers, but always good to test.
It seems nothing has changed since 10.4.10 update. Did more tests also. No joy
