No b&w printing option on my iMac 27"

Running El Capitan on my mid-2011 iMac with a Canon MG3520 printer. Firmware is up to date on printer.

Just can't find the option to switch to black and white print,..when i try to print out.

What am i missing?

Cant find the option in the printer options menu or print menu that pops up when trying to print.

Thanks all.

Depending on the printer, some do not offer that setting because, even with black/white, it still uses some color. That was the answer I got from the Epson support people. Am not familiar with your model, but you may want to check the user manual for your specific model.
