i didn’t used my old Apple ID for long time and then I got my phone repaired so I have tried to reset my old Apple ID and in the forgot password option says account recovery on process status information will be available in 24hrs , but still no response from apple support ? Please kindly advice me on this ,

Unfortunately, there is nothing I can advise you to do but to be patient. The recovery queue can get quite long, and there is nothing you can do effectively but be patient. But, if you want to discuss the matter with Apple support, then here are some good support options:
