Airpods losing Bluetooth after 1-3 minutes????

Even though its almost 98% charge and all, after line 1-3 minutes of call/listening to music, one of the airpods (right one) disconnect without any warning. I saw other posts regarding it to reset and all. All those steps are done. Feel like Apple is quietly 'indicating' to get a new Airpods. I hope they will come up with some resolution because these are not $30 headsets!!!
