AirPods disconnecting during calls every 20-30 seconds

AirPods disconnectin My AirPods disconnecting during calls after 20-30 seconds, battery is 100%, to reconnect i need to put them back in the case or reconnect in Bluetooth settings, but it not helps and after next 20-30 second AirPods disconnecting again, also in 90% connects both side AirPod. Also i tried to reset network setting, reset and repair AirPods, remove other Bluetooth devices, even turn off wifi. Nothing helps! With music AirPod handling much better within one hour and then they starts disconnecting every 20-30second (battery charge is ok).g during calls every 20-30 seconds
