left usb c ports not working

On my Macbook Pro 13 2020, both of the left usb c ports are not working. I don't know what to do.

This survives a restart?

Have you tried Resetting the System Management Controller ?

USB-C ports on RIGHT side not working - 16" MacBook Pro I've got a problem with the USB-C ports on the right side. The one furthest back started acting up a couple weeks back. This morning the other one stopped working. I found this thread answered by Teddy_B https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251277883 I tried all his suggestions Power reset SMC reset Safe Mode Any other ideas? thanks a bunch! ... Rock
