USB-C ports on RIGHT side not working - 16" MacBook Pro

I've got a problem with the USB-C ports on the right side. The one furthest back started acting up a couple weeks back. This morning the other one stopped working.

• Power reset
• SMC reset
• Safe Mode

Any other ideas? thanks a bunch! ... Rock
