I've got a problem with the USB-C ports on the right side. The one furthest back started acting up a couple weeks back. This morning the other one stopped working.

Do the ports show up in Apple menu > About this Mac > System Report > Thunderbolt? You should have Bus 0 and Bus 1 with two ports each (together numbered 1-4).

Given that the 16" MBP launched less than a year ago, you are still under warranty. Contact Apple.
