The ECG on my Apple Watch 5 no longer works. I place my finger on the crown and only occasionally does it start to read. It will give a very strange reading for 5 seconds then will reset to 30 seconds and goes back to the start telling me to place my finger again. I am running the current 6.2.8 OS but haven't been successful with an ECG in over a month.

Thank you for the response but it was not the availability of the ECG app that was the problem, it was that the ECG no longer reads consistently.
