iPhone Disabled!

My son entered in the wrong password to many times. The phone is now locked and says (iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes. iTunes is not recognizing my phone when connect it to the computer.

iphone is disabled connect to itunes my son has locked himself out of his phone and now its saying iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes, I have tried connecting to iTunes but the computer isn't registering his phone I have also tried find my iPhone but the phone needs to be connected to the internet which I am unable to do, has anyone got any suggestions please
