iphone is disabled connect to itunes

my son has locked himself out of his phone and now its saying iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes,

I have tried connecting to iTunes but the computer isn't registering his phone I have also tried find my iPhone but the phone needs to be connected to the internet which I am unable to do, has anyone got any suggestions please

iPhone 6, iOS 12
