how do i fix iphone is disabled connect to itunes

My son got my phone (7 plus) and entered the wrong password 10x and managed to disable my phone. I now get the following message: iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes.


The issue is, I can't seem to connect to iTunes either. Please help!!
