El Capitan install no boot. (Mac Pro 2008)

Hi everyone! I tried to install macOS El Capitan to an internal SSD. It was going smoothly until it rebooted.

It wouldn't show anything even though the Mac Pro is on...

By the way the Mac Pro is an early 2008 model with 16gb ram and 2x quad core intel Xeons.

I don't want to turn it off and on again in case it is doing stuff. Should I wait longer? It has been 30 minutes.

As it booted back into your old Mac OS, you should be able to now start the upgrade process again by opening Safari and visiting:

I don't know much about the createinstallmedia methods I'm afraid, but looking at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372 I would imagine that would work too. :-)
