Screen repair - pending support request

I requested a screen repair under AppleCare+ warranty a week ago. I've not received an email with instructions nor has this website been updated to provide further info - it just says "more info will be sent soon".


What is going on?

If it's been a week and you have not received further instructions, I'd suggest contacting Apple Support.
