I wanted to know if I can get a screen repair with the limited warranty that it shows on my setting

Presumably your “limited warranty” means your one year warranty Apple offers on its new products. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects.
In the highly likely case your screen issue was not caused by a manufacturing defect, you can certainly obtain the repair, but expect to pay for it.
