iphone 11

I am unable to get itunes to sync with iphone 11. Have followed every suggestion I can find and have itunes match and apple music

If you use iCloud Music Library as part of Apple Music or iTunes Match then the intention is that you add music and playlists to the library on your computer and these become automatically available on the device without the need to sync over a USB or wireless connection. You would need to disable Sync Library on the device to sync music locally, but that cannot copy over any Apple Music content.
