Internal Keyboard and Trackpad of MBP Late 2018 15" Stopped working.

Hi.


I've been working on my machine and suddenly the Keyboard and Trackpad stopped responding, the TouchBar still works, and a window of "Connect a bluetooth keyboard" popped up.


I've connected external keyboard and mouse and everything works but the internal Keyboard and Trackpad.


Reboot didn't help, and the trackpad doesn't "click" (force-touch) on boot before OS is up.


What can I do to resolve the problem?

I understand you're having trouble with both your built-in keyboard and trackpad on your MacBook Pro. I'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.


Check to see if they both work correctly in safe mode: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac

If the issue persists, First Aid might help you resolve this: Repair a disk using Disk Utility on Mac
