Health Data syncing to Apple Watch
If my battery on my watch runs out and I use my phone to track my health data how can I, if I can, sync the health data from my Health App to the activity tracker on my Apple Watch. Is that a thing?

No any health data recorded on the phone goes straight to the health app,the activity app on the phone is just for the apple watch's data only.
