Syncronizing data from Health app to fitness app on Apple watch

Hi,

How do I syncronize my data from my Health app on my iPhone with my fitness app on my Apple watch? I have an active job, but I don’t use my Apple watch on my job, but I switch to it when i get home. I do have my iphobe on me, at my job and then all my data from the Health app on my iPhone, is not transfered to my watch, wich is really annoying, as I use my watch for health tracking as well as my phone. This puts my use of my Apple watch behind and it doesn’t give a clear image of my ‘health’ of the day.

The data does not flow out of the health app into the fitness app.

If you collect the data off the iPhone's sensors it goes to the Health app.

If you collect the data off the Apple Watch sensors it goes first to Fitness and and the Health app.

Health tracking is a function of the Health app where you can see all data from all sources.
