My New iPhone 11 is 13.4
Old iPhone 7 plus is 13.4.1
New iPhone won't upgrade, says "iOS 13.4 Your software is up to date."
My backup from my older phone won't restore to my new phone because my new phone won't update to 13.4.1. i.e. I can't restore my backup to my new phone. Is there a way to resolve this? Did a search and didn't see an existing thread for this question. Thanks!

Yes you need to upgrade to 13.4.1 or above
Have you tried using a mac/pc to upgrade to 13.5?
I'll try forcing my new phone to upgrade to 13.5 using iTunes. I didn't know it was an option I'll post back if it works. My old device does have the 13.5 upgrade available so this might be the way forward.
I'm not sure why 13.4.1 and 13.5 weren't available via my new phone but thankfully 13.5 is available via iTunes.
Going to upgrade my old phone now as well from 13.4.1 to 13.5 to get these phones on the same version. I'll post back if this doesn't work—otherwise thanks in advance. :)
You can only do it in itunes if it says an update is available, not sure you can force anything.
